Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our services
Services & Management
What exactly is included in a Standard Turnover?
Our Standard Turnover includes: guest checkout inspection with photo documentation, professional cleaning of the entire property, linen change, restocking of amenities (soap, shampoo, toiletries, kitchen items), and a move-in inspection with photos. We deliver a complete digital report within the same day.
How often should I have inspections?
For active Airbnb properties, we recommend at least one inspection per month to catch issues early. Our Monthly Management Package includes twice-monthly inspections. For less-used properties, quarterly inspections may be sufficient. We'll recommend a schedule based on your occupancy rate.
Can you manage multiple properties?
Absolutely! We specialize in multi-property management. We offer customized pricing for 2+ properties and can create coordinated maintenance schedules. Many multi-property owners save 15-20% with our volume discounts. Contact us for details.
What happens if there's an emergency during a guest stay?
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp, phone, or email. We aim to respond within 2-4 hours. We'll assess the situation, coordinate with repair vendors, manage the guest, and keep you updated throughout. Emergency repairs are our top priority.
Do you provide check-in and check-out services?
Yes. We offer dedicated check-in/check-out service where we meet guests, provide property orientation, explain amenities and WiFi, and conduct the final walkthrough. This is included in our Monthly Package or available as an individual service.
Legal & Regulations
Are short-term rentals legal in Panama City?
Short-term rentals are permitted in Panama City but are regulated. Property owners should verify their building's bylaws and homeowners association rules. Some buildings prohibit Airbnb or require special permits. We recommend consulting with a local attorney to ensure compliance.
Do I need a business license to rent on Airbnb in Panama?
Business licensing requirements vary. We recommend consulting with a local accountant or attorney to understand your tax obligations and licensing requirements. We can provide referrals to professionals familiar with short-term rental regulations.
What about insurance and liability?
Your homeowners insurance may not cover short-term rentals. We recommend speaking with your insurance provider about short-term rental or liability coverage options. Many insurers now offer policies specifically for Airbnb properties.
Pricing & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (direct deposit to our Panamanian bank account), Yappy (digital wallet), and cash payments. We'll provide payment details and an invoice with every service.
Is there a deposit required?
New clients may be required to provide a deposit for monthly packages to secure service dates. Existing clients with good payment history are not required to provide deposits. This will be discussed when we provide your quote.
Can I cancel my monthly package?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. Monthly packages can be canceled with 30 days notice. We offer month-to-month flexibility so you can adjust your service level as your needs change.
Quality & Guarantee
How do you ensure quality control?
Every service includes detailed photo documentation before and after. We follow a standardized checklist and provide digital reports within 24 hours. You can verify quality yourself through photos. We stand behind our work 100%.
What if I'm not satisfied with a service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours. We'll review the photos, assess the issue, and either redo the service or provide a refund. We guarantee your satisfaction.
